The hiatus that is (might be)

I am terrible at updating this thing. I have been, and probably always will be. Keep telling myself that I’ll get better, I’ll put myself on a schedule….

blah blah blah

Let’s face facts:

1. I’m in college

2. I tend to forget things unless they’re slapping me. In the face.

You're late!
You’re late!

3. I’m in college

4. I’m editing two books

5. I’m in college

We get the point, yes? Yes. Okay. So, to save us all a little bit of sanity, I’m gonna put this blog on a hiatus.

Sort of.

I mean, it already kind of is on a hiatus-like status, right? I go away for a little bit, I come back with some witty things and we’re all happy for a brief moment in time before I slink off again.

I’m an introvert like that.

What I will try to do, is be really clever and schedule some posts or something. I’ll wrack my little brains and think of four really cool posts to go out four times a month, that way you’re not bored at work and I look like I’m not neck deep in homework assignments.

Because we all know I don’t have a life.

I don't know who the artist is, but, yes. This thing exactly.
I don’t know who the artist is, but, yes. This thing exactly.

Someone tried to get me to be social, once. It didn’t work out too well for him. I am, however, going to make a comeback in the summer wherein I will share things with you guys.

I can’t share them now, that’ll ruin the surprise.

Toodles!

I’m no better and I’m not in college. But I am a grandma, mother of a soon to be bride, mother, mother-in-law, wife, friend … you get the picture. We all have lives. The best we can do is try to enjoy them. Hugs.

Me hollering at you about going on hiatus would be the pot calling the kettle black. Not the most original analogy but there you go, I can’t remember when I last had an original thought. Sigh.

Looking forward to the surprise though! 😀

Talk to me!
